I’d be bricking it if I were a Preston fan. Meite’s goal there means nothing to us now, but it could be season defining for Preston.

    Another vote for Preston here.

The one consolation from Saturday was that the result didn't get us relegated. Next week's Gillette Soccer Saturday will be like watching rats fighting in a sack !! [probably a better metaphor but can't think of one just now].

Hull, but it could be Preston. I'm guessing that they will both lose on Saturday.

    Derby

    The odds from SkyBet:

    11/8 - Hull
    9/4 - Luton
    9/4 - Preston
    14/1 - Derby
    16/1 - Stoke

We’re still top of the all time championship table. Derby are 2nd and Preston 4th. So to retain our position as top of the league I want one of them to go down - preferably derby!!

Not long ago there was a chance that 6 teams could finish on 49 points. 5 of them still can.

We’d have been significant odds on with our goal difference.

Cardiff win - both hull and Luton lose would have been the only combination to give us a chance?

I think PNE will join us

Preston seem to be sleep walking into it like we did

I think Hull are in the same boat as us. When it matters they don’t seem to be able to find a solution.

As others have said Preston have also faded into it. Aren’t they the longest serving Championship club?

Although with hull recently they've won 3 0 at shef United, won at milwall, Sunderland and Sheffield Wednesday and drew 3 3 with Leeds.

They seem to really be able to compete in those big games. I can't imagine any way in the world we score those goals v Leeds or shef u or compete like that?

However v derby stoke -and even us ffs- they've got beat.

Hull have a good away record and a terrible home record.
They are playing Portsmouth who have an excellent home record, but I fancy them to get a win and I think PNE will lose.
