Sell Horvath, Robinson, Daland, Turnbull, Willock and Ng for turnover.

Hold onto Salech, Robertson and Fish for dear life. Chambers also would be a great player to hold onto.

    Alnwick

    Chambers
    Robertson-Colwill
    Ashford-Salech-O'Dowda

That's a solid starting 11 for League One, and get reinforcements in who can perform at that level. Poku from Peterbrough would be a decent addition on the wing for example, and we need more defence/midfielders, possibly a back-up keeper.
Id say youre trying to get us back to back relegation with that approach.

The most important decision/signing is the manager and then take it from there. As others have said, I cant see any form of mass exodus, only the loans and out of contract players leaving.

I'm just fed up of us spending large sums on wages of hoards of mediocre players who end up clogging the pathway for any progression of our youngsters. Being in league 1 is an ideal opportunity to back our academy prospects and give them experience they need. I'm not saying we don't need to add one or two quality players to the squad but they've got to be quality, not just over paid squad fillers. This is why a Director of Football is so badly needed as our planning, transfer policy and roadmap are just non-existent or otherwise totally reactive
