Are there usually internationals in June outside of a euros or world cup year?

    Not noticed before really.

It's good to see that Gabriele Biancheri will be involved, as I have high hopes for this young lad. Lewis Koumas needs to kick-on too, after a bright start his form seemed to drop off while on loan at Stoke

Yeah, think they're pretty typical these days.

No space for Joel Colwill or Eli King, presume feel have plenty of CM options already.

I think expectations need to be tempered with those two for next season

looking at who is taking part I would guess that Rubin would probably be involved if he wasn't otherwise occupied

Looked him up a couple of months ago and apparently, he was smashing it at his age level

Tan Nyakuhwa has been added to the squad

And Connor Roberts, who’s just retired from TNS. A um, interesting decision!

Thought that was quite touching given the reasons for his retirement. The article mentions that he may be moving into coaching though ,so this also makes sense from that angle.

Just read in the Athletic that Bianchieri has also been called into Canada's training camp and will attend both. His mother's Canadian, and could make his senior debut for Canada in the upcoming friendlies if he impresses.

Would be typical to have him sniped away from both City and Wales and have him turn into a star.

a nice touch from Bellars to be honest, he has asked the FAW to look at doing his badges

Be typical for us to be worries he gets poached by England or Italy and he turns out for Canada

I imagine he'll stick with Wales, played throughout the age groups for us and realistically a few bench appearances from a senior cap

Problem is Canada have the upcoming Gold Cup which would allow him to get a competitive cap, and many of their European based players won't be there as well as a few high profile injuries mean there's plenty of spots in the squad.

Plus a guaranteed place at the 2028 World Cup, I wish I shared your optimism on this one. Let's see.

Need 4 caps now to be tied down

He's in the training camp, same as he is now, though there's no guarantee he's accepted of course. We have games at the same time as Canada's, be interesting to see what happens if we offered him a place in the squad

Its a bit out of left field and doesn't make a great deal of sense, he's literally in our squad now, is Cardiff born and raised, has played throughout the age groups for us and is one of the leading lights of a promising bunch. If he doesn't want to play for us then he could hold out for Italy or England as well, bit of an odd one
