Very true. i heard it through for the first time yesterday and I thought "what a mess".
Juries probably discussed it and appreciated the complexities, we had two 10s and a 12 from juries, but the general public only had that 3 minutes to go on.

I think they do - a lot of booing was suppressed by EV. I suspect that the Israeli Govt ensure votes by any means possible. And there are large Jewish communities in most nations.
