I liked the idea someone posted recently about him hiring the forum. We could pay a small subscription for a vote on player selections, decisions (nothing that Tan can't handle himself of course). Club gets the manager in, fans can't moan at the manager, club saves money and makes enough for the xmas party. Happy days!
