Quite intrigued by this appointment. We are league one so can’t expect to attract that big a name

It's hardly surprising we've appointed a few like this, Trollope, Hudson, Morison, Riza, each has been a disaster. Do you expect people to be happy about a relegation manager, a relegation assistant, with some coaching experience at a good club?

I'd be happier with a proper experienced Manager who has been promoted, and him as head coach for the academy.

Let's see what he can do, he's got his big chance to prove himself and we've taken another gamble on a coach.

You're right. The club seems to have blurred the lines between someone who is going to bring on younger players and a manager with experience of managing senior pros and winning football matches. Yes, the roles do and can overlap, but there really should be just 1 thing on the Club's mind and that is getting back to the Championship pronto. I can see it now, 3 or 4 years time still in league 1 but everyone's happy because we have a team of mainly home grown talent..

Chris Coleman is available. Should the club have a last-minute change of mind?

I think I’ll take more than a day off
If supporters of a football club, are unwilling to do anything about a shit owner and board, except whine all day on MB, then they deserve everything the get.

If he comes he’ll be our second manager with a double barrelled surname. So exciting…… Ben Watts-Jones is the other, 1934-37.

I’ve never praised them, but I’d imagine running a professional football club nowadays is a lot harder than most supporters think.
Much bigger clubs than us have dropped down to the 3rd tier and that’s been with proper football people at the helm
What my consistent gripe lately has been, is the amount of folk on here who are constantly berating the club day after day, but are unwilling to try to do anything about it.

Btec Simon Jordan. So busy disagreeing with everyone and looking for a nibble he doesn’t realise when he’s contradicting himself.

At least Simon has the big words and the intellect to worm himself out of it when he’s called out.

I'll buy Tan out! I wonder if he'll accept a pound a week?

Can you or Pedro show me any post where I’ve praised the owner or board?
Are you or Pedro gonna get involved in any movement or protest to make any changes at the club. ?
Or are you both gonna continue to moan and gripe about things from your phone or keyboard.

A bit like your good self when you try to outwit TLG and he easily ties you up knots. You then whimper away with your tail between your legs for a few days. 😂
