Yes on reflection too angry and unnecessary. No excuse I put it down to having one too many. I accept he was a great footballer but I wish he did more for his hometown club. Ok I know he didn't have to but fronting an ownership bid for Plymouth Argyle instead of City disappointed me. However I take back what I said. He is a great ambassador for Welsh football.
It is, Gareth Bale in a Welsh shirt has given us some of the best football moments of our lives. I feel privileged to have witnessed many of them.
