Personal responsibility had vanished from the team last season, maybe because they had given up on the coach, given up the fight because they lost belief, or just couldn’t give a toss?
There’s a few who have the wrong attitude.

BBM might start by giving them all a clean sheet, who knows? He came across as confident and assured in the interview and appears determined to succeed, let’s hope his philosophy starts with players being accountable for their own actions and work ethic
