nice but bowing out tonight with some famous and not so famous musicians that covers some of JM;s work . 40 years have passed seems like yesterday that JM created the most melodic and beautiful music to the world . The best music will stand the test of time and when the youth still play and sing the smiths tunes it gives me great hope that when i bought this charming man in 1983 i would often say this band would become one of the best bands out of the UK and yet no one believed me back then , Feel quite smug now !

I went to see Simple Minds in Prague 2014
and this was their walk on song, at the time i had no idea what the track was and by who, ive not read anything about SM regarding Floyd so it was an eye opener when discovering this, the Album obscured by clouds is probably my most often played Floyd Album at the moment.
