Not yet. Needs to be a priority.

Shh! Don't tell Vinnie - he won't sell up.

It feels weird having a right back that can run.

There’s no way we can keep this aggression and press up for 46 games though right?

Usual caveats about pre-season obviously apply, but I can't remember the last time we looked so aggressive

I think we're definitely going to need reinforcements to get the system well-gelled. I have actual confidence in BBM to identify points of weakness and lack of backup in the squad so we can invest appropriately.

1-2 just couldn't clear the ball, QPR passing it around the edge of the box. Crisp finish from the edge of the area.

    Time on the ball probably

    Confidence a possibility

Not quite sure how it’s only 2-1. Really enjoyable performance - particularly impressed by Lawlor, Bagan, Wintle and Colwill, but everyone played well.

    "Lawlor" is trending on Twitter

Fair to say some of our fans are excited by him.... can't wait for him to be benched for Calamity Daland

For the first time in a long while, I'm starting to have some confidence in this team.

BBM definitely has found an excellent aggressive playstyle.
It’s only a pre season warm up game.

Lovely goal ruled out for offside. Great play by Colwill again, plays it to Wintle with a lovely finish into the bottom corner. Davies offside Infront of the keeper.

2-2. City pressing high but badly exposed by a long ball, guy is free to run into the box and square it for the tap in.

    Shame as overall played well.

Only pre season but someone switched off badly for that goal.

2-2 now and very close to 3-2 seconds later

    Their second looked very offside

With a better final ball we should have got at least another. Winning the ball back well also.

Finishes 2-2. It's pre season but what I saw I was impressed.

Very enjoyable watch. We should have won. Defence a worry.

I’d take a season of that. What position do we finish if every game is 2-2?

  23. #48

Re: Q.P.R. v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

We really should have won that, but who cares - I thought it was a very promising performance, with the only slight quibbles being we were caught offside too often and our finishing could have been a bit better.

Yes, agree with the above comments, we dominated possession too
