I know we are repeating ourselves here, but I would put "glass" in place of "class" these days. Ramsey's signing was no more successful than any of the others. Let's see how here does in Mexico, but it wasn't a good signing whatever why you look at it Pedrio.

You get a feeling he would have walked through our medical (literally!).

City physio: "Wot, no crutches or knee brace". Sign here mate, you're good to go"!

You just know he’ll get about 30 odd games under his belt, a dozen goals and twenty odd assists. They’ve most probably got a medical team that aren’t still using leeches and blood letting.

Wrexham were lulling me into a false sense of competence and then bam, just like that, 33 year old injury prone PL player on 150k a week wages.

That’s more like the Wrexham I know and know

That's the sort of crazy signing we make.

How refreshing it is to read a post about exsanguination.

Plenty of our fans were thrilled by our solid championship signings last summer

I like watching the series, but they're getting a bit smug now. They need a real slap down and hopefully a few five-nil type defeats for the next series. They've made it look too easy.

Hopefully. League 1 can't be a great division as I thought they would have stopped there for a couple of seasons at least. I'm sure we will make a meal of it

I can forsee comments in early January of... "We're actually closer to the relegation zone, than we are to the play-offs.

7.5m bid accepted for Nathan Broadhead.

    They are not messing about.

Feel like you could probably get more for 12.5m than O'Brien & Broadhead

    The inevitable Hollywood tax.

4m for Moore, which seems steep!

That would be a really crap signing for that money. Double what we paid for him in his prime!

You'd imagine he'd be on decent money too for his last contract. People fretting about how we're going to do this season and the standard of our squad should really take solace in the fact that a squad with George Dobson, Elliot Lee, James McClean etc as key players managed to get 92 points

I think we need some balls in the team, pace and winners. We have too many losers in the squad. I know lots of managers used to speak about it all the time, Warnock definitely said on a few occasions he didn't like to sign players who got relegated because of it (obvs it is Warnock so you need to take it with a serious pinch of salt!)

Just to put things into perspective for some of you with short memories on here. How much did we piss away the first time up to the PL. Go on have a guess.
