I would have thought them crazy.
I must be crazy!
Excited yet also nervous.
It is crazy. I've been looking forward to it all week!
Funny isn't it. Think it was mentioned on one of the podcasts but we wouldn't be taking over 2k on a Thursday to Stoke for a sky match.
Partly something new for a lot of fans, partly we're optimistic we can do well in this league.
It is weird how I’m looking forward to going tonight and the season in general. If we’d have stayed up how many would we be taking to, say, Derby or, ironically, Stoke on a Thursday night?
Cannot wait to sit down with a nice cup of tea and watch it later. Genuine excitement for football again and excitement for where BBM can take this young team.
As the old saying goes about following the City. It’s the hope that kills you.
As someone who’s supported the Bluebirds for over 40 yrs, I can honestly say, I’d forgo promotion this season, in exchange for a season of decent attacking, attractive football, by a young side, who give their all each game.
Likewise. Can't wait to sit down and watch it. As above, it's the hope that kills you.
Even got my wife to put it in the calendar. Funnily enough she's not as excited.
Down with a bump
I'm shitting my pants about the prospect of playing Swindon
Pre season and early season is all about optimism. Remember when we beat Norwich 1 0 under morison with all his new signings and there were posts how it was the best transfer window in the clubs history. Yet we had perry ng centre half and max watters up front.
This time last season lots of people thought Chambers willock and el ghazi would be good signings.
Lots of optimism after Saturday but tonight can only have been a good thing. For the fans for the players and most importantly for BBM and the board/tan.
