Yeah I missed the other Fred, I do actually agree with the decision, these off the cuff remarks are quite common in situations like this and should be seen as such in instances like this IMHO, a bit of consistency wouldn't be a bad thing and a labour councillor getting a Labour supporting Judge doesn't look good if fairness is required, in hindsight it appears that the woman locked up got poor advice in pleading guilty for a lesser sentence.
