Don't bother ever signing someone again, just use the academy

It's the clean sheets that makes all the difference, even last year we scored a fair few.

Trott is unbelievable and gives them someone to pass to under pressure and makes them feel safe and secure at the back.

Any chance we could permenantly sign Trott?

I think the loan has an option to buy?

I don't like speaking to highly of VT because of the previous hurt. However, we've had so many opportunities to push back approaches this season. They've not been entertained.

BBM has been absolutely backed with whatever it he wanted (which is absolutely ££££ over quantity).

These next few days should be interesting. If we end up with no more it's because we trust the kids we have already. But they're aiming high and ££ isn't an issue.

Agreed, you can bet this weekend, if he wants a player for the long term, Tan will do whatever he can to get him the player. He's earned the backing; it could be an interesting couple of days, but even if we get no one, we are now all confident.

Id be far more confident with a couple in.

That was my immediate thought when he posted

And his response to the quextion was exactly as I suspected it would be.

Read that Patrick Bamford has left Leeds and Wycombe possibly interested.
I know it goes against what we are doing at the moment…but would you take him if his wages weren’t too high?

His injury record over the last couple of seasons hasn’t been great, and I’m sure that he’s likely to be snatched up by a Championship club anyway.

Steer clear. He loves simulation a bit too much for my liking. Horrible git.

Maybe five or six years ago, not now.
