"It's a competition that we value.
There's certain players that have played a lot of games for us in a short of space of time.
I'm conscious of the fact that they can't play them all and there will definitely be changes for that game."

I think the three that travelled to Kazakstan last week could do with staying at home for this. I’d also leave Ashford back in south Wales. I think his involvement with the Wales U21s may have knocked him off his rhythm this week.
When did they introduce this inconvenient group stage for the EFL Trophy BTW?
Why's it a 7pm kickoff?
While I expect changes, there are a lot of first team players still needing to catch up with minutes.
I would not be surprised to see Callum Robinson, Isaac Davies, David Turnbull, Gabriel Osho, Perry Ng and Matt Turner all start, alongside some younger players like Nyakuhwa, Mafico, Giles etc.
I would like to see Robertson & Kellyman get some time off the bench if they are ready as well

I don't really care about this cup, but i don't want to lose either just so they can keep momentum going. Hopefully a win not in the dying seconds of the match
I have an argument against:
Qualifying Outfield Players (EFL Clubs)
A club must have a minimum of four qualifying outfield players in their starting lineup. A player qualifies if they:
- Started the previous or next first-team fixture.
- Are among the top 10 players at the club who have made the most starting appearances in league and domestic cup competitions this season.
- Have made 40 or more career first-team starting appearances, including international matches.
- Are on loan from a Premier League or EFL Category One Academy club.
