The disgrace lies plainly in the hands of FC Nantes, a club you will remember that refused to contribute anything to the fund set up for the Sala family.
What are your views on the fact that Cardiff City's manager at the time, along with various other senior club officials, were not only happy to deal with Willie McKay but even went so far as to employ two of his sons?

Your suggestion that Tan and Co should sue FIFA, UEFA and the EFL is more than a little daft.

Are you aware that Cardiff City FC reached a settlement with their insurers in 2023 in respect of the Emiliano Sala transfer?

What was Warnock to say? I am sorry FC Nantes but I cannot deal with Willie McKay, your appointed representative, because we believe he is not qualified even though EUFA and FIFA and the EFL are happy for the negotiations to carry on and will eventually confirm, as it turned out , that the transfer was completed validly.
The employment of his two sons is a red herring. One of them turned out to be a decent player.

The settlement which the Club reached with its insurers was a result of the insurers’ negligence. This action was taken after the various governing bodies declared that Sala was a Cardiff City player. If it transpires that FC Nantes did indeed employ an unqualified agent, along apparently with two others, to complete the transfer could it not be construed as null and void and perhaps illegal?. In that case the punitive sanctions imposed on the club by the various governing bodies having jumped the gun as it were could also be declared illegal. In this case there could have been consequential losses suffered by the club.
Let’s say the tragic Sala transfer had been played out at let’s say Man City with the money involved say Ł100m. do you not think that FIFA would be shaking in its boots at the moment?
