Lawlor / Fish.
Oshos had a shocker yesterday. But hopefully its just a bad day. However Fish deserves his place and Osho will have to wait for his chance.

We've started matches this season with all 6 possible combinations of our 4 CBs. This is how they've done:
Lawlor Fish Played 6 Conceded 2
Fish Chambers 3 3
Lawlor Chambers 2 0
Osho Lawlor 2 3
Fish Osho 1 3
Osho Chambers 1 0
Would we be better off with a stable, regular pairing?
Who would you pick?
Lawlor / Fish.

The first time I saw Osho I said he'd be a perfect central midfielder. I've seen nothing to cause me to change my mind on that. For me it would be a Lawlor / Fish centre-back partnership.

Fish should be first choice, and then Lawlor. Fish is streets ahead in my opinion.
I’ve posted a couple of times that I think he’d be most effective as a midfielder, he’s certainly got a burst of pace in him which I believe starting from a more advanced position could be a big plus. Neither Wintle or Turnbull has anything like that in their locker. Any lackadaisical bollocks he drops in an advanced position would hopefully be tidied up by defenders behind him.
I couldn’t believe he left Osho on yesterday. Surely when a player is having that much of a mare you bring him off for his own confidence as much as for the good of the team.
In retrospect, Jason Perry is correct (I was calling for Osho to be hooked in the match-day thread).
BBM must have given it some thought at the time, but he made the right decision to keep Osho on.
If Osho had been taken off his confidence would have been in tatters.
Osho has a decent turn of pace, can push forward with the ball, and his distribution is generally sound (yeah, I know!).
Some on this forum have suggested trying him in midfield, I think this is not a bad call. You never know, he might weigh in with a goal or two (imagine how that would boost his confidence!).
