So how are we planning on stopping this coup?

I've posted my understanding of the situation on our board as the same question is being asked there. I'm sure @sloop-jon-bee will correct any inaccuracy.

The sole proposal put forward at this SGM calls for the entire present board to step down and hold an election.

We are voting against that.

Kick that out and we won't have to be concerned about voting for individuals until the scheduled elections take place in 6 months time.

That normal annual election is for 3 members not all 9.

This is why this group is pushing its agenda.

Beat them now and it will take at least 18 months for them to obtain a majority.

Yes, I saw that on the Trust's website, but I haven't had the email. My mail server bounces the Trust's emails.

I'm not sure how critical that is, but yes, that is what it says and what I didn't mention.
