Half joking. I would hazard a guess that a fair few of them would have an Alcohol dependency, 11.30 in the morning on a Tuesday isn't really a good time for drinking, i would have thought that there are other things more beneficial a person could be doing at that time of day, although each to their own, most of us have a bad habit or a vice that we over indulge in. For years, mine was Smoking, and i enjoyed it for the best part, first one in the morning, sat quietly with a brew, contemplating the day ahead was pure peace. I had to stop though. I am now addicted to nicotine lozenges, not great by any measure, but i'm guessing that they're better than the fags, although still bad for me. I am a hopeless nicotine addict, no excuse, i can't kick it, i depend on it, it is what it is. It just seems to me that there are millions of people who are addicted to Alcohol but just can't say so. I don't care and i don't judge, but c'mon, can't us addicts have a bit of clarity......

That's a good shout. You know those places that the ladies go to for beauty treatments etc, well they should have the same type of thing for middle aged blokes who have had enough of their football club. An eradication of all memory, thoughts and feelings. A 30 minute slot and you come out not even knowing who The City are. It would save so much grief.

How much is it a pint?

My club put prices down last year and likely wont increase this year.

Maybe you're drinking in the wrong pubs

I know they cost a fortune over in the states, my wife’s addicted to them too and she’d always take loads over….about £8 a pack of 72 I think it is here. Think they rot your teeth but I guess that’s not as bad as your lungs and arteries. They are in every draw and cupboard in my house
