I suppose it depends on your definition of bottling it - they've been pretty competitive but haven't won, but there's only a knock out competition to win every 2 years - most countries haven't won anything either.
25 goals last season in the PDL at age 18 according to the Brentford website, plus seems to be playing and scoring this season as well. Would hope he'll go out on loan soon and then get a better idea of how he's stacking up against men, but still seems like a decent prospect still.
He's not been in squads recently for some reason
There was a thread on Iwan Morgan a couple of years ago. A poster named Severncity started it, he used to see him at his grandson's rugby matches but I doubt he'd still see him now Iwan's at Brentford. No point in bumping the thread because Sludge got it locked barely into the second page (those were the days).
Severncity said that Iwan had been with our Academy from the age of 7 but we didn't have time to find out the circumstances of his leaving here. I've never seen anything saying we released him, if anyone on here knows the details then let us know.
He was on the bench for a couple of Brentford games last season (Everton and Leicester) so it seems like he was making good progress there under Frank, not sure how this season is looking for him though. He scored for their u-21s last Friday, I'm surprised he's not with any of the Wales age group squads.
