I doubt he actually posted it himself, but I don't think it matters, it was done under his name and it demonstrates how unprofessional the set up is - someone didn't watch it til the end, or someone is just desensitised to "humour" like that and thought it was okay when It plainly isnt and is also politically stupid as well as being a racist trope. It demonstrates how infantile the whole culture of his social media approach is. It can work in opposition if it feels honest and personable but is wholly inappropriate as a president.
