About a month before the ball of the century, Australia played at Worcestershire. Warne didn’t bowl in the first innings when the home side were shot out for less than a hundred and made to follow on. However, second time around, Worcester scored just short of 500for the loss of just four wickets with England’s Graham Hick scoring 187 including numerous sixes off Warne who went for about five an over while taking one for a hundred and twenty odd.

It soon became clear that Warne had not revealed all of his talents when Hick was hitting him out of the ground in early May!
i watched hick hitting an amazing innings at abergavenny
Scary looking Australian side for that Worcestershire game, and that was without Border, Merv Hughes and McDermott.
Sorry to change the subject but I just noticed that Asa Tribe is back in the T20 squad for tonight's televised game at Somerset.

Still no Smeed, Kohler-Cadmore or Meredith for them and after last Friday our confidence should be high. T20 is unpredictable though, us especially. All weather permitting anyway, of course.
any streams for England Game?
Just said on the test match coverage that the forecast for Taunton suggests they should be able to get a full game in. Be interested to see where Tribe fits into tonight’s team.
Interesting to see the how the Glamorgan v Australia game went in 1993 - pretty sure I was there to watch the first day, but Williams is a name I don’t recall and I’d forgotten about Phelps.
