So that's Cardiff City, Lincoln and now Hull charged for chants v Chelsea. Theres a pattern here and all in cup games against sides not in the PL

Yup, the three clubs mentioned probably take even more Hillbilly cretins to such games, either home or away. Hull and Lincoln are Backward places.
