Grant Shapps made some quite important announcements about transport policy, which is presumably why he took the briefing but no one was remotely interested in that and what he said was submerged by the political point scoring and oneupmanship feeding frenzy that took place from the media. Come on, surely we have got more important things to worry about than this ?
