I'd rather they kept the FA Cup replays but binned the League Cup.

Don't they qualify for the conference league? Im only asking as im not sure. I think th best way would be for the league cup to be played by teams that don't qualify for Europe. I think replays should stay up until the later rounds like they had as well.
