Eugenics can be an acceptance that biological differences exist between different human groups, for instance different groups get different illneses, south Asians get diabetes, Africans get sickle cell. You need to tell me what Eugenics mean specific to Professor Coleman.
Also, i think you're doing a disservice to his expertise in demographics at one of the best seats of learning in the world.
