The most goals scored in the Premier League last season based on boot colour were scored by players wearing pink boots - 636 goals. Black boots were responsible for a paltry 36. I don't have the figures for the Championship (my other anorak is in the wash).
Could this be the difference between promotion and a relegation battle or the even the relative comfort of mid-table mediocrity?
I'd been asking myself the same question. Jamie Vardy scored his 23 goals wearing white and pink Adidas. Ings, Salah, and Rashford also wore pink. I have to say, I can't recall what colour boots Moore or Glatzel wear. But if they aren't pink, then it's not looking good.
Jamie Vardy could help us. Even in Billy's boots.
Boots should be predominantly black. End of thread.
i have a pal who plays walking football, and who bought a pair of boots of the same make as Sergio Aguerro wears, reduced from £140 to £40.
He says they don't work.
Yeah, fairies wear pink boots and you gotta believe me
Yeah I saw it, I saw it, I tell you no lies
Yeah fairies wear pink boots and you gotta believe me
I saw it, I saw it with my own two eyes
Yeah
City should wear white socks and white boots. In my opinion. Let the thread continue!
