It’s not the easiest system to use, I can imagine those who are not that comfortable navigating online pages and forms struggling with it.
It’s actually easier to navigate on an old PC I use in work than it is on phone or tablet.

Thats what comes of still having an iphone 1, I suppose 😄😀
Why would/should I buy anything else, if I don’t know how to use it ?
The TRAINED STAFF, couldn’t do it, so again I say “what chance would a novice have”
I actually do know people who are not renewing, because of the system the club are heading for
