Is there a list of players at premier league clubs who aren't included in their 25 man squads or loaned out anywhere - I wonder if there will be some there. I know there are some high profile players like Ozil and Phil Jones who fit into that category, but wondering if there are some others too.

On a side note, imagine pulling off a miracle move to get Ozil and then trying to fit him, Wilson and Tomlin into the same side
