Knife crime definitely on the increase in Cardiff so my Police Officer friends say.
Seems to be the drugs gang thing but what’s worse is that 13/14 year olds are carrying.

All this happened coincidentally as the govt stripped police numbers, fancy that eh?

Did your police officer friends happen to mention whether knife carriers included a disproportionately high number drawn from ethnic minorities?
