The whole set-up there seems to have some momentum behind it by the look of the summary on their Academy wiki page.

The numbers out on loan are mind-boggling, 17 players left in the summer too. Mind you, we had 20 loans out in the 2014-15 season and 23 the next while around 20 left each time but I wouldn't conclude that it was an endorsement of our youth development system, or an endorsement of anything come to that, so statistics don't always tell the whole story. However, seeing the progress they are making there and looking through the names of the Norwich Academy graduates in the link above and roughly working out how much their transfers have brought into the club makes pretty depressing reading for us.
