It's definitely merited. I remember having a right old discussion about him with you and I was swayed and wooed by his appearances for Croatia and the fact he was bought for £13M(?) but you'd read a lot of Rogers thoughts on him. You should take a bow on this one.

I do get that but my question is why? What happened to the lad to not make him care? I just think it's an interesting story because I'm interested in the psychology. We see it happen with certain promising players and it intrigues me.
