    Birmingham City - record breakers

Birminghams 2-0 victory at Blackpool this evening means they have broken the record for the highest number of points in an EFL season.

With one game to go, they have reached 108 points, which tops Readings previous record of 106 achieved in 2005/06.

Interesting to note that the two sides automatically promoted from League One this season werent in the division last season.

It will be very interesting to how both Birmingham and Wrexham fair in the championship.
