Looks like a managerial appointment is imminent, wonder who was the last manager we appointed that led directly to waverers deciding to buy a season ticket? Bulut maybe, but hard to think of anyone before him.
I suspect a fair few supporters get paid next week and are waiting for that before splashing the cash

What was last seasons total? 10,000 odd?
I think the total was somewhere around 13k. 10k was after 1 month, this time it’s 7k after 3 weeks so seems to be on a pretty similar trajectory.
Which doesn’t surprise me to be honest. 99% of people buying ST’s last season, after a few years of struggle, aren’t only going because we’re in the Championship. The appeal of games against Preston, Millwall, Plymouth, Oxford, etc hardly dwarfs that of Wigan, Bolton, Reading and Leyton Orient.
My guess is that last year we had 13-14k. That’s why our announced attendance was so much more than it actually looked.
If that’s the case, it’s way down. Lucky to hit 10k
