    No manager, North stand unable to use as failed a safety certificate. Player's not paid.

    As far as having good business ethics then Tan is streets ahead of Chansiri, but Tan bought City in May 2010 when we missed out on the PL by a whisker and had a brand new stadium. We also had a pretty decent squad, probably one of the best in the Championship. We're now a league 1 side - average at best - with a squad of very little value except for Salech. He hasn't spent Ł150 million, he's wasted it. Ironically, by now not spending anything he's actually not wasting anything for the 1st time in 16 years..
