Salech hasn't spent anywhere near as much time wrestling with defenders during the last couple of games and he's looked much effective for it. Has the penny dropped?

In the interview with BBM and Nathan Blake they said they were working on making him be a bit more elusive and it seems to be paying off - he got some criticism for his finishing against Mansfield Town, but the Mansfield Centre backs couldn't deal with him at all. He's still pretty young for this type of striker - as they tend to develop a little later than a pacy goal poacher type.

If he continues in this form we may have some big decisions to make in January.
