Fascinating but unfortunately BBM is attracting too much attention for my liking.

There was a thread on here recently discussing how much money some of our youngsters might fetch, and the risk of us losing them.

For me the biggest risk for us is losing the manager, which I think would be catastrophic in the short term. Even if we get promoted (big "if") and we lost him then, you wouldn't fancy our chances of staying up.

I guess the biggest mitigation to this is that Premier League teams are unlikely to take a punt on someone with only league one success (can anyone think of this has this been done before?). My hope is that any championship team that would try to poach him would be seen by him as a needless risk when he's had success building a side here. If someone like wolves got relegated though? You could see him going, especially if we don't back him in the transfer market.

Someone like West Brom, Southampton or Wolves are likely to have a try in the summer.

We've just got to hope he's loving the project and wants to see how we get on next season.
