Intersting game on Saturday in the Championship.....

Middlesbrough v Brighton, both teams on 88 points Boro 2 goals better off on goal difference. A must win for Brighton a draw will do for Boro for promotion.

Might stay in the pub and watch this.

After lasts night shenanigans at Chelski, it could get as tasty.

It is fantastic when the fixture list throws up something like this.

Theoretically, Brighton could be 1-0 up in Injury time, and top of the league (because Burnley are losing). Then a late equaliser puts Brighton back into 3rd, and Burnley back on top. I think Brighton had a similar game a few years back against Hereford - the losers would end up in non-league football. Look at what happened to Hereford since then, and what has happened to Brighton. Essentially, one game changed both clubs fortunes.

Another game that is not really mentioned is a game between Manchester United and Millwall in 1934. Had Millwall won the final game of the season, Manchester United would have been in Division 3 North for 1934-35. And they have the gall to call LVG rubbish.
