The guy is a proper shit. He derides Slades efforts whilst conveniently forgetting he and Delman are directly responsible for the club having the transfer embago imposed on it. That decision resulted in us not doing any business we wanted to do in january and basically cost us our chance. Choo is the puppet not Slade. If you asked him to right down waht he knows about our club or the game in general he would only need a first class stamp. What a cock!!

Of course it shouldn't have been done in the first place but Choo and Dalman were the only ones to finally get Tan to see sense.
And if you read what Slade said they have been very open and honest with him. "As always" he also said which indicates they haven't been telling him one thing then stabbing him in the back and doing another.
Simon Lim was a slime ball who just told Tan what he wanted to hear. Choo and Dalman have done a solid job getting some sanity back at the club and are clearly not afraid to give Tan the rough with the smooth.
Let's hope they talk Tan out of consulting with Glenn Roeder this time so we don't end up with another clown.

Choo was appointed CEO in November 2014 and since then we've been slashing the wage bill and spent very little in the transfer windows.
Transfer fees and contracts given out before Choo was made CEO are what got us in the financial mess and resulted in the embargo.
You're quick enough to give Slade all the credit for slashing the wage bill but who do you think calls the shots on how much money needs saving, how much money is available, budgets.etc? Slade works to instruction from Choo.

At one point we had white knight Malky and sinful Tan; the bias blinding us to Malky's errors (and later having the majority turn on him to the extend that his championship winning side has been questioned this season when a similar Burnley side won the division) and Tan's respectable decisions (though even these few came with massive caveats).
How trustworthy are Dalman and Choo? Choo hasn't appeared to do anything wrong but Dalman was right in the rebrand mix. Is Slade a clown? He took us from 17th to 8th while the wage bill was being reduced and despite having a pretty poor record in the transfer window and youth policy.
Don't forget or diminish the role certain fans played in reversing the rebrand (as we shouldn't forget that some cheered it along), that is was the biggest attack on this club in its history and that there are rarely white knights and sinners.
Why bang on about the rebrand? It happened, it failed, it has been reversed. It is now history so why not let sleeping dogs lie? Let's look forward to, hopefully, a bright future with Tan and his team again caring about the club and hopefully a good young manager who will invigorate the team and bring in talented hungry young players who want to play for the club.

We hadn't just finished a whole season at 17th. The season wasn't even 2 months old ffs.
If you / he wants to use that argument we were 6 points off the playoffs the same number of points we finished off behind the play offs this year.

As for the wage bill argument yes it had to be slashed but it was huge to start with and even after the cuts still one of the higher end wage budgets in the division. Certainly top 8 so we've hardly punched above our weight. Besidesthe majority of the players cut out were not getting a sniff of the first team anyway. 8 of the starting XI used by Slade in his first game in charge v Forest have been first team regulars for him in his 18 months in charge.
Slade is a fool , that comes from within the club and people in football who aren't in Cardiff but know Slade.
I think Choo was generous with his comments on Slade's tenure.
Overall Choo has done good stuff here.
No problem with him being blunt over where we have come short.
One thing that is clear is that Tan listens to Choo ( this has been confirmed in meetings at the club on several occasions) and didn't to his predecessors. That is why things are improving for us as fans over the last few months and ongoing.
Also people in the club are finally being allowed to do their jobs without fear of interference.

It seems that whatever Ken Choo actually said about Slade failing to achieve club targets was 'sexed up' by Tucker.
In my opinion Ken Choo has been a major positive for the club since he arrived. He says and does the right things, including listening to fans, sitting with fans at away games, persuading Vincent Tan to make necessary changes, improving the club's community presence, taking bold steps to improve marketing (including early release of next season's shirt), holding ticket prices and pushing end of season offers to get new fans in the stadium, and getting a grip on the club debts and overspending.
