I have to lose some of this timber
Six foot , 15 stone , its not good
Not bodybuilding crap , just home workouts , light weights etc
Cheers
How have you got time for power walking but not cardio?
sit-ups?
Check out “Les Mills” stuff on YouTube - body combat series etc.
Loads of freebies on there
Diet. Yoga.
You don't drink right? You're halfway there. Try keto, the pounds will fall off.

Its a lot easier and cheaper to lose it in the kitchen than the gym.
Super basic version: consume fewer calories than you burn and you will lose weight
Basic version: as above, but get enough protein to - at least - maintain muscle mass, and you have a better chance of losing fat rather than just weight
Basic version with exercise: do more stuff- walk dont drive; stairs not lifts etc. If you have a barbell- squats, deadlifts and bench press quickly build muscle which helps consume calories.
But really diet alone can sort the weight. Obviously the chips and the kebabs have to go. I'm the same height as you and was just 2kg lighter at the start of the year, but diet alone saw me lose 20kg/40lbs in 3 months. Ive done the Insanity course before which is 2 months of jumping around like a twat in your living room and is bloody hard. It had a big effect, but nothing like as big an effect as fixing my diet. And the latter has the benefit of being painless, enjoyable and money saving. Im not saying dont exercise (and i do recommend insanity), I'm just saying take the easy wins first
death to kebabs it is then
