How've they got to that conclusion then? Etete was pretty widely reported as £500k and Tanner £50k. So apparently Robinson only cost us £115k?
I don't believe that West Brom sold a 27 year old striker with 7 goals and 9 assists last season for that little.

but re. Burnley the model seems to be spend big when you're relegated to get back as quick as possible.
Clubs don't have to report transfer fee's, they only have to declare totals to the tax man. Why do people get so worked up about it.
Burnley raked in loads of coin this summer, also let loads of high earners go whose contract expired and also clocked a reportedly large loan fee for the striker at Man U. Chalk and cheese us and them.
The Championship has been ruined by the parachute payments. It’s not remotely a level playing field. For the likes of Cardiff and Reading it’s now becoming incredibly difficult to do much more than survive in the division.
