    Well, there’s a swerve - I’ll tell you something else it appears you don’t think is significant and important;

    Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice UK is a group of bereaved people from every part of the UK, campaigning to ensure that our losses are learnt from and that the terrible mistakes made during the pandemic are never repeated again.

      I haven't a clue why you posted that link, but as it's turning personal I think I'll leave it anyway.

        The rules weren’t about eating cake.

            This has got absolutely nothing to with socialism, it’s to do with common decency and respect for fellow human beings. If you install draconian freedom limiting restrictions on the population, you’d better make sure that you’re not caught flouting them yourself.

              Please change that to some of the public, if even just for me.

                  People weren’t allowed to see their families.
                  Single people were stuck at home alone.
                  Yet the likes of Hancock and the party goers break the rules that they themselves set.

                  It’s beyond unacceptable to me.

                    Baroness Owen’s appointment to the House of Lords was branded ‘completely staggering’ by one No 10 insider

                    Great to see the House of Lords becoming more youthful.

                      Why were they not afraid to break the rules you have to ask yourself I suppose ,as the majority of the UK government could have been killed or seriously ill. What if they suffered from “Long Covid “

                      All these rules were broken by several senior government figures which makes it even more ridiculous when Boris almost died from the virus a few weeks earlier.

                      I thought these people had body guards and protection officers, why didn’t they intervene?

                        Human nature. Everyone thinks car crashes, house fires, etc won't happen to them.

                        Unless you think every government in the world was in on the big non-covid scam. Or every other government were suckered into it, but the geniuses in No 10 in 2020 were the smart ones who figured it out.

                        It was either some amazing hoax that has still somehow escaped detection - or people like Hancock thought "well f**k it, I probably won't catch covid at this party so I'll just go". Which is more likely?

                          Why didn’t the protection officers intervene then, even if it was to protect themselves and their own families?
