Peter Hitchens served Brand his arse During an interview over Drug addiction, it's out there somewhere. Both insufferable bellends, although i prefer Hitchens (his brother was a ****)

What an odd way to look at the matter.

Brand is a grifter, he used the young, left leaners about eight years but ended up looking out of his depth when he started appearing on serious political shows and lately he’s been conning the gifted and talented set by pretending he’s just like one of them - I heard someone who got to know him pretty well in the late noughties describe Brand as a sociopath and psychopath last week, sounds about right to me.

Christ, Imagine thinking that Russell Brand speaks for you. That's beyond hope.
Very few see him as the gifted one. Maybe you should cut him some slack rather then assume his guilt.

I'm assuming nothing, Brand has admitted to being a sex pest, live on air.

I don't like either of them. I lost all respect for 'Hitch' when he went all imperialist and supported the invasion in Iraq. I can see why people like him though, especially his opinions on religion. He was a Trotskyist in his early days and a member of the International Socialists, as was pete boy

Not really odd though is it Bob. Instead of talking about Jimmy Savile, Gary Glitter et al, it's surely more relevant to actually look at the articles from the time and see who was courting him/ influenced by him, no?

Yes agree totally with your comments there. I had big problems with that too. But I always enjoyed listening to his discourses.

You accuse people of turning everything partisan, of tribal politics, then you post stuff like this 🙄

And there was me thinking you were trying to make it party political.

How on earth is it not relevent when someone posts something about who he spoke to and for? And that's from the time he was 'getting away with it'
