  • Welsh Labours NHS A&E waiting times

Fair play their waiting times appear quite good, better than England apparently?

Unusual mind because I've had the misfortune of a few visits with my late Mum and she waited all day, I can't quite work it out, how could that be?

Still all credit to them if they are doing such a good honest job.

Hello, Hello, Hello, what's been going on here then?

The missing figures suggest Wales now has worse A&E waiting times than England.

I'm confused does slowing down A&E treatment and then manipulating the figures save more lives?

The Welsh government initially disputed the RCEM's claim, but after seeing detailed figures - which were obtained through freedom of information (FOI) requests to health boards - it changed its position. - I bet they did!

Never mind if we all trundle around at twenty we can save one life a decade.

Drakeford is hopeless and the sooner labour elect a new leader the better

I am no fan of his or the likes of eluned Morgan or the one with the hair like something out of status quo

I will always vote against your bunch of chancers though

And so will the vast majority of Wales

So suck on that or move to New Zealand

Such a deep thinker with precision political insight.

You'd jump on Eluned if there was a chance car park meet at the local cowbridge swingers club, like a good socialist boy - woudnt you ?

Some posters don't seem to be aware that the NHS in Wales is devolved to the Assembly, so any issues on that front are entirely the fault of Drakeford and his pals.

They know, but it's awkward to talk about it. Much easier to point somewhere else.

If you give someone 50 quid to build a shad and it's eventual cost is 500 quid then that's how Wales is left holding the baby

I know tory boys don't understand this simple process but in your case I hope it helps

We know health is devolved but we also know that instead of giving us 500 quid to build a shed you tory boys give us 50 quid

Hence seriously under funded NHS in Wales

                      We understand

It's why we won't vote for your lot

Re: Welsh Labours NHS A&E waiting times

Daughter broke her collar bone travelling up through France. The Hospital in France was an absolute tip. We had to wait a couple of hours to be seen and the doctors were nice enough and informative.

Took her for a check up in Carmarthen a couple of weeks later and the experience was a lot better. We had to go through A&E which took about 45 minutes. The doctors and facilites were very good.

We live in the basque country where the public health service, I would say is at a similar level to that in Wales......and it's considered the best service in the Spanish state.

Also, we got a bill from France despite being EU citizens. Nothing from NHS.

It was very good from my personal experience......a number of the specialists we saw were also able to offer us the service through the medium of Welsh as well....I'd prefer it if everyone were able to do that but maybe that will improve in years to come.

So the fact that Drakeford over spent £900,000,000 of the budget this (20% of the total) means nothing to you. Your glorious leader just spunked 900M up the wall and he's not sure how. He now has to make cuts in all his depts apart from Health (as it's fecked enough already) and climate change!!. Everything else is being cut - even WalesOnline somehow managed to bring themselves to run a story on it.
WalesOnline are now running with the much more important story that the Senedd have decided to ban GBNews from being shown in the Senedd.
