I’ve already replied bra , did you consider the BBC websites after. I tell you what’s really good about them , anything that’s against the official narrative is usually subjected to moderation, that would be great for you.

Putting the comments aside, It's a bloody good fred by the Dr. IMO, who incidentally has been cancelled many times!!!!!

Until the 1970, the majority of the people were fit as a fiddle! No keto, vegan, or paleo diets. No home aerobics or gym memberships. No fancy fitness tech or wellness influencers. They also weren't drinking protein shakes or counting calories.
