The time the thread was started does offer a clue doesn't it.

In fairness to James, I'm sure he'll reflect on his shandy Bass fuelled rambling from this early morning and perhaps look more generally on some laws and processes implemented by Welsh Government and think privately they have done some good for the general population?

Otherwise, I'm looking forward to his critical analysis of the Welsh Government's performance and introduction of all said legislation and why they are and everything they've ever done is a crock of shiit?

So much better in England. My sister kids live in England. My kids live here in Wales. Sometimes I feel sorry for my kids and think I've failed them for not leaving.

I am sure that if you show the Surgery the last couple of posts you will be able to get an appointment much sooner than January.

James has gone out, had one too many Top Decks, got into a conversation about GP appointments and here we are, him feeling morose and questioning his own parenting.

A valuable lesson to us all not too over indulge with alcohol at this time of the year.

Yeah, I bet he couldn't wait to get home and tell us.

My daughter is in her final year at Cardiff and Vale college and i only have to pay £50 for a yearly train pass. The rest is subsidised by Welsh Government.

well i have been going up the heath constantly for the last 6 weeks maybe 3 times every week and have found a parking spot every time no problem .Think I will be visiting for another 6 weeks too so at the end of it all would have cost quite a bit over a 3 month period in the old system

Notably i go between 6-8 every night . I do hear its difficult in the day time hours

Not a fexing thing has been good or worth it.

WAG has no idea how to make Wales an attractive country business would invest in.

All we have are Westminster supplied government type centres.

We need private investment to stop youngsters looking afar for job opportunities.

We have no aspirations.

We are a giant care home.

We do have Wugger, singing and yes the ground breaking 20mph scheme to slow us down even further , and we know how to lockdown and kill off private sector SME'S

What we need is 30 more AM's plus support to continue on the long drain away of taxpayers money.

Develoution is and has been a failure of tax payers money and time, we have gone backwards.

The WDA were far more progressive.

Your very lucky as its on record they do underperform in many areas and folk do die, even with better resourcing and overspend, not helped by Drakefords millions of pounds budget cuts as the health minister of Wales.

But hey we can't see or regonise the obvious.

Underperforming when measured against just three other countries is not perfect but its not bottom of a 100 strong league table

The NHS , across the UK is always under sometimes justified criticism but it appears it was in a better state when labour were running the country nationally

The Tories on here are absolutely deluded if they think a conservative led government in Wales would improve things

They are a bunch of chancers and crooks

Wales' performance has fallen to its lowest level ever in maths, reading and science tests taken by 15-year olds.

In the first international Pisa assessments since Covid, Welsh scores were the lowest of all UK nations and the results gap has widened.

The tests were taken in 81 countries in 2022 and are seen as an important measure of education systems.

Education Minister Jeremy Miles said the pandemic had derailed some improvement in literacy and numeracy.

He said plans had been launched to raise standards.

26 years in power and 100% a devolved power. The education budget has just been cut by Labour at the Senedd after the £900,000,000 overspend
