Yep! Agreed. I used to stay in the Hilton opposite the Cairo Museum, so got in and out of their quite frequently.
You want to try driving there. You need a vehicle that has got five different panels in four shades of paint.

Had to drive from Memphis back to Cairo once because our driver got sick.
