I went to Weston Super Mare recently. The calibre of Smackhead was to behold, The pound shops were an experience in local culture and dialect and the mini golf on the pier was testing . Next stop is Minehead, but not the Butlins complex, tis for the riff raff.

What you saw was probably the Butlins staff on their day off!

This was being reported yesterday, the Mirror and Express websites and many others had it on.

A FBI report alleges the former prince watched as a girl aged six to eight years old was 'tortured with electrical shocks' by Ghislaine Maxwell, with Andrew denying all wrongdoing.

This story appeared while the King's brother was in custody and while his ex-wife and daughters are seemingly on the run.

Maybe none of you saw it, which would be fair enough.

I hadn't seen that at all.

By coincidence, I'm watching an episode of Storeyville on BBC iPlayer about the tracking down of paedophiles around the world who use the dark web. It's not an easy watch - and it certainly takes a great toll on the government/police agents who are exposed to the material and the victims.

I don't really get exasperated about such things. I just point out some things when religious fruitcakes proselytize on here.

Which begs the question "Where is Truthpaste?"

Truthpaste would certainly concur with that

The ones to avoid: Cairo, Sydney, Paris, Miami, Chicago.Istanbul.and fecking Dubai.

You'd have to be abroad if you wanted to visit them, there's no other way!

Regarding Cairo, you obviously haven't read the Taunton Blue Genie Book of Charm.

Rest easy. I assure you I'm not a broad. I'm a healthy male.
Just from memory, I think I was in and out of Cairo about twenty six times. Some of those were for onward visits to Alexandria.

Cairo is particularly interesting in Ramadan, for a night time visit to Khan el-Khalili.
Outside of that, my particular favourite spot was the International Departure Lounge.

Cairo is a pain in the rear end in many ways but Tutankhamen's death mask there is a wonder to behold. It's absolutely stunning.

I'm somewhere quite different at the moment and sitting out hurricane winds and a snowstorm while the first of my three flights to get me home gets repeatedly postponed.
