What this guy doesnt know is that whatever LLM he has used will also have the data. ChapGPT the one level above the usual subscription you can opt out of GPT using your data - otherwise the data goes back in the dataset. Same as if you upload data - the LLM can and does use the data.
So if you are going to do it - use a mask - if in doubt borrow one of Sludge's rubber gimp masks.

I use an LLM to summarise meetings - it's great but you obviously need to review and agree them - it does make mistakes, but it beats having the manually do them and then refine etc
