Is this to do with the plan that you can no longer vote for an actual representative - the party will appoint someone ?

If so that is almost North Korean / Chinese type 'democracy' , Lab and Plaid will put in the Senedd who they decide to not the people.

No free thought or speech - every appointed 'representative' will be reminded how and who got them in the Senedd...

Basically the new proportional representation system that MAY be brought into the election of the Welsh assembly is likely to favour the existing Labour and Plaid majority

Which will mean the tories are going to find it very very difficult to ever govern in Wales

Which as long as it isn't illegal is fine by me
